On Saturday,
August 4, 2012 we are dedicating a newly engraved section of
The Ohio Veterans' Memorial Wall. This section of the wall will
contain the 304 names (to date) of those Ohioans who have given
all in The Wars On Terrorism. Including...
The Beirut Bombing, The
Persian Gulf War, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Please join us in
honoring these brave young men and women. There are many ways
that you can help.
In addition to
the dedication we have a full day of events planned to show
our
appreciation to our Heroes and their families.
Our thoughts
and prayers are with the family and friends of Army PFC Jeffrey
L. Rice. PFC Rice died on July 19, 2012 of unspecified causes in
Kandahar, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 20th Engineer
Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade out of Ft Hood, Texas.

HOW YOU CAN
HELP |
| We need your help
to make this dedication happen. Our Heroes and their
families deserve to be honored for their sacrifices.
Unfortunately, like everything else, it costs money
to complete and maintain this park. The cost to have
the names of our Heroes from the Wars On Terrorism
engraved on the wall is roughly $ 17,000.00 plus the
expenses associated with the concert, car show and
run. We receive no public funding. The park has been
built on private donations from individuals,
companies and organizations who treasure our freedom
and safety. If you would like to assist us with this
dedication, there are many options available... |
|
CONCERT TICKETS |
| You can purchase
your concert tickets on-line, at the park or on the
day of the event. The tickets are $ 10.00 each. Each
ticket purchase automatically enters you into a $
500.00 raffle.

|
|
SPONSOR A NAME |
| The price to
engrave a name on the wall is $ 60.00. Every $ 60.00
sponsorship includes two complimentary concert
tickets and a t-shirt with your Heroes name.

|
|
CORPORATE SPONSOR |
| We have a number
of corporate sponsorships available; from small
business to large companies. Nearly every company
has an employee or customer who has been touched by
The Wars On Terrorism. Show them that they have your
support!

|
|
DONATIONS |
| We understand with
the current economic conditions that not everyone
can donate or sponsor a large amount. Everything
helps! If it is $ 1.00 or $1000.00 we appreciate the
help!

|
|
VOLUNTEER |
| We need MANY
volunteers for an event such as this. We need people
to help with parking, drink sales, setting up and
more. If you or your organization would be
interested in volunteering click the link below for
more information.
